How we look after your personal information, in plain English.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Who we are

This website is run by ANGELIQUECARE LTD, a home care and live-in care provider registered in England and Wales under company number 14024368. Our registered office is 105a Greenford Avenue, London, England, W7 1HA. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@angeliquecare.com or call 020 8106 5299.

What information we collect

When you request a callback through our enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, postcode, who the care is for, when care is needed, and anything you choose to tell us in the optional message box. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you properly. If you apply for a role by email, we receive your CV and the details you include in your application.

Like most websites, we also collect some basic technical information automatically, such as the pages visited, which helps us keep the site working well. Cookies are explained in their own section below.

Why we use your information

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about care, which means calling you back, understanding the support your loved one needs, and providing you with relevant information about our services. We use job application details to consider your application. We do not use your details for anything unrelated, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Our lawful basis

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), we rely on your consent when you submit the enquiry form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries families send us. Where a care enquiry leads to a care arrangement, further information is handled under our care service agreements and our obligations as a CQC registered provider.

How your information is stored and shared

Your enquiry is delivered securely to our customer enquiry system and is seen only by the small Angeliquecare team who arrange callbacks and assessments. Your details are kept confidential, are shared only within that team, and are never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers to run our enquiry system and this website, and they process information only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case your family comes back to us when the time is right. If you become a client, your information is kept in line with our care records obligations. Job application details are kept for up to 6 months after a vacancy closes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses essential cookies to remember your cookie choice, and, only if you accept, may use analytics and advertising cookies such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how families find our website and to show relevant information on social media. No advertising or analytics cookies are set unless you choose to accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer of every page. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you tap to load it, at which point Google may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@angeliquecare.com and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
